Vivalis orders normally require 1-2 business days for processing before shipment. Processing does not include weekends or United States public and postal holidays. High-volume periods and holidays may add time.
Enter a complete, accurate delivery address and valid payment information. Incorrect or incomplete information can delay processing, and an order that has already entered fulfillment may not be eligible for an address change. Review the street, unit number, city, state, postal code, country, email, and phone number before payment.
Delivery time begins after processing and depends on the carrier, destination, and shipping method displayed at checkout. The vendor may use carriers such as UPS or another available service. Transit estimates are not guarantees. Weather, transportation problems, customs, carrier volume, and other events outside the seller's control can cause delays.
International orders may take longer and can be affected by customs clearance or location-based fees. Current delivery cost and timing appear during checkout. Keep the confirmation email and tracking number. If tracking shows a problem, contact the carrier and product support promptly.
Cancellation may be possible only before fulfillment begins. The vendor notes that a request made within 24 hours has the best chance, but cancellation is not guaranteed once an order is processed or shipped.
